Spa pH DOWN lowers the Spa water's pH value in outdoor and indoor spa baths.
Instructions for use: Ideal pH: 7.0 - 7.4. Here the bathing water is experienced as most comfortable and the disinfectants used work optimally. If the pH is below 7.0, it should be increased with Activ SPA pH UP. If the pH is above 7.4, it should be lowered with Activ SPA pH DOWN. Correct adjustment of the bath water pH is very important in a spa bath. Therefore, check the pH of the water regularly. You can easily do this with a test kit or test strips.
Dosage: pH DOWN granules can be gently sprinkled directly into the bath water in front of the nozzles, provided the circulation pump is running. Allow the circulation to run continuously for at least 20 minutes after the granulate has been added. Add 8 g of SPA pH DOWN per 1,000 liters to lower the pH by 0.1. Add a maximum of 32 g SPA pH DOWN at a time. Note that the pH value of the spa water normally rises during the first few days after refilling and heating. Never mix with other chemicals, as this can lead to hazardous chemical reactions.
