ADR stands for "European Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road". Some water treatment agents are classified as hazardous, and therefore there are special requirements for the handling, driver training, safety for drivers and cars, etc. Because we are required at any time as a minimum, to meet all regulatory requirements, we add an ADR-surcharge that aims to cover the additional costs we are imposed by the State.
