Power Saving Timer
With the Power Saving Timer function, you can set the spa heater to activate up to 24 hours into the future, or set the duration of how long the heater is turned on for, up to 2 days in advance, using an hourly interval timing system. Built into the Chlorinator, Filter and Hydrojet unit is a useful storage compartment, handy for keeps chemicals, salt, and cleaning equipment tidily out of sight. The Hawaii Hydrojet Pro also comes with a smart Leatheroid cover - it's insulated to keep the heat in, and features Double Lock Safety Clips, to ensure it stays covered in windy weather, and gives a neat finish to your hottub when not in use.
ClearSoft Water Treatment System
The integrated ClearSoft Water Treatment System means you can reduce the amount of chlorine required to put into your spa, by using the built-in Salt Chlorinator System. To use the system you simply add pure spa salt into the water and the in-built electrostatic system will convert it into hygienic, chlorinated water. When using the Clearsoft system, we still recommend adding Chemicals to your spa as well and always testing the water before use. The ClearSoft Water Treatment System also has a built in Water Softening System which helps to reduce the adverse effects of hard water (a common cause of spa staining and skin irritation).
Easy to Set Up, No Tools Required
You most likely wont need it, but just in case, all Lay-Z-Spa's include a useful set up and maintenance DVD. The Hawaii is so quick and easy to set up, that most people have it filling with water in around 10 minutes - there's absolutely no tools required.You can inflate the Lay-Z-Spa Hawaii using the pump heater (so you don't need another air pump). Once inflated, and the pipes have been connected, all that is left to do is to fill the inflatable hot tub with water and let it heat up your chosen temperature.
We recommend that you set up the spa at least 24 hours before use. It contains 795 liters of water which are heated with approx 1,5 - 2 ºC per hour.
Note: Does not tolerate temperatures below 5ºC.
